Implement and serve custom error pages #11
Description
The old site had nice custom error pages that are glaringly missing from the new site.
- 404
- 403
- 418
- 500
Implement an ErrorController that makes each error page navigable at e.g. error/404 to make the HTTP418 Easter egg page discoverable.
