Thank you for the changes, but I think it would be better to change the numpy version and the syntax to be compatible with both python2 and python3. |

I have made changes to provide support in Python 3. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it running in Python 2, due to some
numpyversion incompatibility issue. The latest version ofnumpyrequired Python 3.5+, and hence I made some changes to it.@ruidan Please review and merge.
