Outdated code comment in documentation

Only just getting started with this library. I am correct to assume this comment from the documentation is outdated?

I believe simply using RequestRedraw for continously rendering is prefered? That's atleast what's used in the example framework? See https://github.com/gfx-rs/wgpu/blob/trunk/examples/features/src/framework.rs#L419

IIRC, web would prefer RequestRedraw (but it means that you have to request it yourself). It's certainly possible to draw in AboutToWait.

So it's not like entirely wrong
