Duplicating Relay Server Key

Hey, from what I understand, the server keys are being generated during the initial install of the server, but is there a way to make the server use a key I want it to use? My usecase here is installing 2 or more servers with the same key for keepalived that would rotate the servers behind VIP in case one machine goes down.
