[FEATURE] Add option to add outlets in Stimulus\ControllerViewHelper

In Stimulus there is a way to add so called "outlets" to controllers in order to ease the cross-controller communication.

This option is currently missing in the ControllerViewHelper and should be added - for "feature completeness sake". :-)

I am open to tackling this in a PR this weekend.

Oh, i'm sorry. Total forgot about this one. 🙈

In the meantime I somewhat moved away from using ViewHelpers/Twig functions in Symfony Apps to generate my controllers, values etc. but instead opted for the Stimulus PHPStorm plugin and its auto-complete features and therefore write all values etc. out as data-attributes.
This also helps with the annoying issue of escaping variables and stuff.
So this issue hasn't been at my utmost importance 😅
