・tests1.exeのCロケールをJapanese_Japan.932に固定する。 ・不要になったen-USのリソースを削除してビルドをシンプルにする。
sprintfで%lsフラグが機能しなくなっているデグレ事象の対策。

TODO: この不具合は直ったくさいので、マージする際に外す。
（現在のコードページに応じたマルチバイト文字列にエンコードされることを確認。）

#2106 をマージできる見込みがないため断念。 文字列クラスのリファクタリングは C++20 に移行してから行うほうが手数を減らせるはず。 |
