Implement getVersionNumber() + revision number, for Windows apps

In 0.1.9 I was able to get version in this format "1.2.3.4" for my Win app, but now I get "1.2.3" - without a revision number.
I see that its related to #82
Could you add possibility to get version in "1.2.3.4"? e.g. getVersionNumberForWindowsApp()

This project isn't actively maintained at the moment. However, if this is a simple change, feel free to raise a PR and I may be able to review it nonetheless.
