Sandbox hosted desktop

The current sandbox starts the resource manager directly from the command line, and the resource manager will warfault.
I want a feature that closes the system's Explorer and sandbox starts an Explorer that will host the desktop.
That way, everything I do next will be sandboxed, which sounds pretty cool, right
