unfoirtunately the redirect with softwlnk does not work as emulated here:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sanger-pathogens/nextflow-commons/refs/heads/rename_config/configs/nextflow.config

so would have to rename config in all dependent pipelines including deployed modules...
