Invalid Response after a Third Options & Lagged on Response & Listing & No End of Game & No Control Flow

I have Found Multiple Bugs that need to be improved.

1. Response After Explicit code which was generated through AI is invalid and there are no options for Users

2. The user can click any specific option at unlimited times which doesn't show appropriate behaviour [ cause an error in asynchronous event handling ].

3. There is no dead end where the user completes tasks or fails them or Scores [no tracking system].

4. Aschyronous response was not handled efficiently [ Specillay between on Response time and displaying on screen].
