Fix sasjs-tests and vulnerabilities in dependencies

## Expected behaviour

- All `sasjs-tests` should pass.

## Current behaviour

- Currently `sasjs-tests` are not stable. Sometimes `cypress` fails to start and sometimes none of `sasjs-tests` pass.
