`private val` in a class might not generate a field which can break reflection

This is a breaking change mentioned in scala/scala3#13822 but which is worth highlighting in the migration guide I think (it can also affect usage of WeakReference in some situations but that's likely to be much more rare: scala/scala3#13770)
