BREAKING CHANGE: Migrated from Remix v2 to React Router v7. Package renamed to `@scandinavianairlines/react-router-azure-functions`. Changes: - Updated all imports from `@remix-run/node` to `react-router` - Added full streaming support with 3 new tests (SSE, large files) - Updated GetLoadContextFn type to support both context types - Added Azure Functions streaming config documentation - Removed examples directory to simplify maintenance - Created MIGRATION.md with complete upgrade guide See MIGRATION.md for details.
