While checking report for #858 I noticed it said BASE commit is 27 commits behind HEAD on master [483d6eb](https://github.com/scapegoat-scala/scapegoat/commit/483d6eb77556c915b46629afec501bcb47d2e366). It seems the Codecov action upgrade #819 seems to silently fail on master.

On MR's we use the same version but it seems to run fine though. Something wrong with CI variables set up?
