Hey, I think it should work. Well, I first try
pip install cechmate
to install this, it mentioned they only have phat-1.5.0 and installed, then I download the package and revise the setup.py and successfully install this. I am wondering do they really release phat==1.5.0a0? The installation of current version through pip seems not work just due to this version mismatch.
