Description

As discussed on Matrix and GitHub, it would be great if we added in the functionality to send a message to the Data channel on Matrix after each update of Scribe-Server. This would be achieved by adding in the secrets for Scribe Bot and the Data channel to this repo and then adding the message to the workflow that's being worked on in #40 😊
