I don‘t understand your question. What yaml file (the linked one is used by GitHub actions)? What do you want to do within “jupyter notebook”? What do you mean with “jupyter notebook”: Do you mean “within a notebook” or do you mean “within the ‘jupyter notebook’ (classic)” interface?
