Bug: Memory Leak in VideoFrame Handling
When request_animation_frame fails to schedule, the VideoFrame stored in PendingFrame is not closed, leading to a memory leak. This is compounded by the lack of a Drop implementation for PendingFrame to clean up any remaining frames when the decoder is destroyed.
