Include *all* `SHOULD` items in `strict` mode?

Right now we only implement the SHOULD fields from https://datapackage.org/standard/data-package/#properties (name, id, licenses, though not profile). Should strict also include things like SHOULD for name https://datapackage.org/standard/data-package/#name or following SemVer for version https://datapackage.org/standard/data-package/#version or include schema in a Data Resource https://datapackage.org/standard/data-resource/#schema

I think we already add a name_pattern and semver_pattern, no?

For the rest, I thiiiiink we said we would list and implement them later. So that could be now 😛
