Remove the "update DP version" workflow #1581
Description
The workflow to check if DP has a new version is an interesting idea, but in practice so far is very rarely used. Since it requires a token be created and available all the time, it is a bit of an administrative burden to ensure that token is always available.
So let's just remove the workflow and depend manually on checking when DP has a new version.
