Introduced a new feature for creating fleet orders, including page objects, step definitions, feature files, and a test runner using Serenity and Cucumber. This enables automated testing of fleet order creation functionality.

The artifactId in pom.xml was updated to "Smart Fleet" to reflect the new project name. Additionally, the WebDriver was changed from Chrome to Firefox in serenity.conf, along with its corresponding options, for compatibility and improved browser support.
Introduced a setupBrowser method to support Chrome and Firefox drivers. This improves flexibility by allowing tests to run on multiple browser types, enhancing cross-browser compatibility.
