RFC + DEMO new util remix-tracks

Based on personal current needs I have been working on remix-tracks, it is a util for composing a route using different full-remix-components (tracks) with React component, the loader and the action.

I would like to know others' opinions about the util and if it could be worth incorporating it into this popular repo.
