To fix the application of isTrainingVersion of WithinProjectPreviousReleasesExperiment
The export of NaN values leads to an error. Replace NaN with -1 partly also to stablize for no clean instances
update so that versions that are sorted out by the TrainVersionFilter are not counted for the range of previous releases
includes an adjustable minimal time span parameter
