This is a known issue that occurs when you run an older version of Sherlock that references a deprecated link (now broken). If you've already tried pipx upgrade sherlock-project and it didn't install Sherlock v0.15.0, this is likely due to your Python version. There's a known issue with pip/pipx forcing installation of outdated/broken Sherlock versions if you're using an older Python version (3.9 and earlier).

To fix this:

1. Check your Python version with python --version
2. If it's older than Python 3.9, update Python first
3. Run pipx upgrade sherlock-project again afterward, make sure it's Sherlock v0.15.0
