发现下单价格参数能设置best，best是排队第一的对手价，但是只能中金所吗？如果不设置的话就是市价下单，市价下单是张跌停板下单吗？

insert_order中的best参数仅中金所支持，模拟交易下市价下单是以涨跌停板下单的，实盘的时候是用的市价指令。可以加入Q群611806823一起讨论~
