Simulation models for FPGA primitives

Feature Description

It would be very nice if we were able to functional simulation models for various FPGA hard-blocks/primitives if possible.

While the Yosys cell libraries do have blackbox models for a big chunk of them, not all of them are functional simulation wise, and even if so, we have no real way to actually consume them into Torii for simulation.

So it might be worth thinking about having either an in-tree simulation model library, or maybe as an extra external package that could be installed if the user wants it.
