Got it. In the past some users who reported similar problem had luck after using DSIM and sfc /scannow. Could try following some instructions in https://www.tomsguide.com/computing/windows-operating-systems/how-to-repair-a-windows-11-using-dism-command-tool ?

Could you try letting it crash again and then following the steps here https://www.solveyourtech.com/how-to-check-crash-logs-windows-11-a-step-by-step-guide-for-users/ ? It is currently not clear why the app is crashing and unfortunately I can't think of any other ways of assessing that.

I had the same problem, coincidentally this upgrade fixed it (on macOS btw)
