Add `trace_id` to logs to support trace <> log integration

## Description

To support trace <> logs integration in observability stacks, we need a field in the logs to link the logs to traces.

This will increase the size of the logs, and we should only enable this when opentelemetry is enabled via `--opentelemetry-collector-url`.
