[AppImage] lftp

The AppImage for lftp will not run on Ubuntu 16.04 due to being built on a system with newer libs. A working AppImage build script has been created, but the AppImage build script functions are not ready yet.

Waiting about a week for an update upstream otherwise removing lftp from the list until the AppImage build scripts are ready to go.

The latest release of lftp does not contain an AppImage release. Will monitor lavv17/lftp#396 for changes, but removing lftp from the list for now.
