should directives like D affect included non-journal files ? #757

Description

@simonmichael

Directives like D, commodity etc. affect include journal files but not included timedot, timeclock, CSV files. Today on the mail list we had an example where applying a custom currency to included timedot entries would have been useful and intuitive (timedot doesn't support directives directly of course).

D  $0.00
include b.j # the D affects these entries
include c.timedot   # the D doesn't affect these entries

Any problems with doing this ? All directives and all included file formats should be considered.
