Description
With the LAT right now I'm seeing places where autofix isn't quite smart enough.
- We need the readout-id error for observations to start but just removing that one observation from a book instead of marking the whole book as "don't fix"
- The dropped time sample errors needs to have a number where if it's too large than that it doesn't autofix.
