Which test network to use on MetaMask?

Hey everyone, I just started out with Patrick's 32 hr long tutorial.
In the tutorial, he suggested to use Rinkeby's test network, however, as of now, my MetaMask wallet is showing only a few test networks:
-Goerli
-Sepolia
-Linea Goerli
Which one should I use?
