If you're using hardhat v2.22.8 and solidity 0.8.24, try with this one.

try this it will work for sure
but be sure to run this in the terminal

yarn add --dev hardhat-deploy @nomiclabs/hardhat-ethers@npm:hardhat-deploy-ethers ethers\n

if you use npm then use npm and it will work like a charm
