I am not sure but the issue most likely seems to be with yarn 2.x which has plug and play functionality instead of node_modules which is messing up with eth-gas-reporter package.

Should be because of node_modules - let me know if that is the issue!

I switched back to good old npm... too much headache using yarn for now!
