Add native support for Spine file formats or custom file type configuration

Please add native support for Spine-related file formats:

.skel
.json
.webp
.atlas

Alternatively, it would be great to have a separate configuration option that allows adding custom file formats manually, specifying how each should be encoded (e.g., as DataURL or plain text).
