Pins lib/otoji to github.com/snomiao/otoji@daeb72d — the otoji commit
that contains all the PTT integration work (SIGUSR1/2 signals,
ptt_partial / ptt_final / ptt_upgrade / ptt_translated / language_detected
events, --polish-preset, --ptt-translate-to, --ptt-tts cloudflare,
--ptt-control-socket, `transcribe` / `server` subcommands).

Fresh clones: `git submodule update --init lib/otoji`.
