Added support for intl 0.18.1 and flutter 3.29.0

• Fixed dependency resolution error with intl: ^0.18.1
  Resolved version solving issues by updating constraints and aligning with the latest Flutter/Dart SDK.

• Upgraded Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) and fixed related build errors

  • Migrated to AGP 8.x
  • Standardized Java & Kotlin JVM target compatibility (now using Java 17)
  • Updated build.gradle to use namespace instead of deprecated package in AndroidManifest.xml
  • Replaced deprecated lintOptions with the new lint {} block

• Flutter 3.29.0 support
  Verified compatibility and updated Gradle/Kotlin settings to align with the latest Flutter release.

• Example project migration & cleanup

  • Migrated example app to Android embedding V2
  • Removed duplicate/legacy android {} blocks in Gradle files
  • Updated MainActivity and AndroidManifest.xml for modern Flutter/AGP conventions
  • Bumped targetSdkVersion to 34 and modernized build setup
