How to use TetrahedronCuttingController？

I have obtained a license for TetrahedronCutting Controller from Infiniy Company, TetrahedronCutting Controller is achieved through A The three points B and C form a cutting surface to cut the tetrahedral mesh, but during use, the following problems occurred:

In the video, it can be seen that at the 11th second, my cutting length was significantly longer than I expected; At the 43rd second, it can be seen that my cutting was not completely completed, and there was a section in the middle that was not cut. In addition, there may be situations where the cutting length is shorter than expected.
I am certain that my grid is not missing, why are these issues occurring? Looking forward to your answer.

I guess you refer to the Cutting plugin is this correct? If so @epernod or @rmolazem could maybe help
