Context:
The pr adds implementation for exporting profiles as OTLP span events. It uses unreleased
joboefeature to achieve this. Once the backend is updated to handle this change, I'll refine the code and make necessary updates to get it ready for merging.Test Plan:
Live test and update smoke test.
