Import / Synchronise Settings via File

In my personal uses of this extension, I keep having to approach the board and attach a mouse and keyboard to it. However, with SSH access to the server a better idea would be for the extension to synchronise settings with a file.

When the user specifies a file, it could import a CSV that would read the settings into the extension storage, and maybe re-call the file every 5 minutes of operation to check for differences and reset.

What would also be a good idea is the ability to synchronise with an online file. For example, if I made a publicly sharable chromeboardConfig.json or such, I could give the tool a link and then the settings are synchronized with said file.

Due to the non-NPAPI nature of Chrome Extensions, this may actually be more achievable for the synchronisation aspect of the proposed change.

Edit: A suggestion further down the line, this could potentially allow two synchonisation files, with one being a Master and the other being a child, so all boards operate on a singular configuration, but with possible board-by-board configurations.
