Bug Description

The agent can become unresponsive mid-response. The answer that was being streamed does not complete. The "stop" button does not respond. History is unavailable. No new chat can be created. You must close IntelliJ in order to interact with the agent. If you close IntelliJ and re-open, attempting to continue that conversation causes the same scenario.

Hey @davidmparrott Thank you for reporting this issue. Does this happen in every chat or only in that specific? Can you provide the logs for further investigation?

I did attach some of the idea.log file. I have enabled verbose debug logging for the agent and will try to capture some logs reproducing the behavior today.

To clarify your question, are you asking if this has happened only in one chat vs multiple chats over time (it is the latter)? Or are you asking if other chats are able to be interacted with once one of them has frozen (the answer to that is 'no')?

Here are logs from today. It took about an hour for the agent to become unresponsive. I have redacted the contents of the chat since this is a public issue. If you need those intact then we should find a way for me to send them to you directly
