API docs: not respecting multiple bundles (Go stdlib missing)

Package list seems to be showing results in misc/ rather than src/ which are separate LSIF uploads/bundles.

Now showing only Package main so this is definitely an issue with multiple bundles.. investigating

Notable pages like https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/golang/go/-/docs/net/http do not load either, so it's not just a case of e.g. not merging paths at the discovery level

Here's a potential hint/answer: Does this happen anywhere except the Go repo?

Search indexing now enabled shows net/http is not indexed while other packages are. Maybe indexing failed and bailed after a partial write? Logs would indicate this if so.
