RFE: Conda package distribution #802

Hi,
I wanted to know if you might have considered making OpenCoarrays a Conda installable package?
Conda would facilitate cross-platform usage and testing of this library as it could enable end-users to maintain single installation recipes with the least amount of friction.
More specifically, Windows is usually the OS creating the most friction. With conda one can easily install both GNU and Intel compiler tools very easily, including intel MPI.
Just an idea for consideration.
