Review status of ESP32 WiFi connection errors

There is an error in the ESP32 wifi connection logic when connecting to certain AP types

Outlined here: espressif/esp-idf#9283

It's fixed, but not in the latest release.

I added logic to quiet the error messages when connecting - see this line of code

One the underlying issue is made it to the Arduino package - pull out the messages set to none calls
