[Bug]: Cannot update DNA page with Mito Sequence Number

Context

I am currently working on the Enoura Maru project in the new CoRA version. I am updating DNA information when I get the datasums from AFDIL. This will be a dynamic process and DNA specimens will likely need to be updated regularly (i.e., when adding nuclear DNA data, after additional testing, or after receiving a mass comparison chart).

Bug description

When updating DNA entries with results (mtDNA sequence data, etc) I am unable to save edits.

Steps to reproduce

1. I selected the DNA sample number from a list and clicked on the "edit" pencil at the top right.
2. I filled out relevant data for the mtDNA sequence.
3. I clicked save at the bottom of the page *or by clicking the disc icon at top right, and received the error pictured above.
