Implementing proxied download was an accident (wait i can explain)

Well, I didn't mean to implement this at all. Vercel itself is slow enough in mainland China, proxying downloaded files through it wouldn't make much of a difference (at least that's what I thought).

Anyway, it's implemented nevertheless. Here's my thought process - How I accidentally added proxied download to onedrive-vercel-index.

You can see my sufferings when I realised this was not necessary in PR #202.
