[BUG] JManus 当通过命令行指定sk后，不走引导流程

Current Behavior

这样会导致 不走引导流程后，agent都是空的 。 第一次运行会失败，然后异常都只在terminal 。

比较不友好

需要彻底废弃用export的方式指定sk的做法
