Write tests and documentation for all SDK methods. #155

Describe the bug
There are some SDK methods that don't have tests and are not added in the documentation.
Those are:
- get_models
- update_model
- get_inferences
- get_monitors
To Reproduce
It's plain to see!
Expected behavior
To have tests and to be visible in the documentation!
