Separate & clarify tasks relating to competition RSVPs from sending full details #111
Description
For SR2024 (and likely again in SR2025) we sent separate emails:
- confirming attendance at the competition (with various chasers afterwards)
- with full details of the event
This enables us to start planning for various in-venue things well ahead of time and in fact can allow those plans to feed into the latter email.
Currently the former task isn't really captured and implicitly ends up as part of comp/website/inform-teams (srobo/tasks#1426 in SR2025) which is confusing and likely to be scheduled very late in the year (as it was in SR2025).
