Miranda paramter mismatch #2542
Description
The parameter maxmemreqpending is defined in mirandaCPU.h but it is not used in mirandaCPU.cc.
Instead, mirandaCPU.cc looks for maxloadmemreqpending, maxstorememreqpending, and maxcustommemreqpending, but these are not documented in the RequestGenCPU ELI. They do happen to exist in Firefly::DetailedInteraface, but I think that is unrelated. These params are only ever set in an Ember test.
